Jeroen van Ruitenbeek appointed new managing director of KAPP Netherlands

Effective January 1, 2025, Tjark de Lange, Managing Director of Kapp Netherlands since 1997, will hand over leadership to Jeroen van Ruitenbeek. Since joining Kapp in 2021 as Manager of New Energies, Jeroen has established himself as a dynamic leader with a forward-thinking approach. “This is a logical step,” says Tjark, praising Jeroen’s proven track record and readiness for the role.

Jeroen, deeply experienced in the heat transfer industry since 2005, brings a unique blend of technical expertise, commercial insight, and strategic vision. “I’m proud and grateful for this opportunity,” he says, emphasizing his commitment to building on Tjark’s legacy. “What Tjark has built over 28 years is remarkable, and I’ve already learned so much from him.”

Tjark will step back from daily operations but remain Kapp’s owner and continue contributing to innovation in heat transfer. Jeroen is eager to drive Kapp’s growth and sustainability initiatives, working closely with the team to meet industry challenges.

With this leadership transition, Kapp Netherlands enters a promising new chapter, combining decades of experience with a fresh vision for the future.
