Nexson Group acquires Thermowave

Nexson has completed the acquisition of Thermowave, a company based in Berga, Saxony-Anhalt, specializing in the manufacture of plate heat exchangers. Meanwhile, Nexson Group, headquartered in Burgundy, France, is known for its production of welded heat exchangers and pressure vessels.

Nexson anticipates that Thermowave’s gasketed and semi-welded plate heat exchangers will complement its existing product range. Despite the acquisition, Thermowave will continue to operate independently under its current name.

Thermowave primarily serves the DACH region, France, Eastern Europe, Asia, and America, focusing on refrigeration and air conditioning technology for the chemical and industrial sectors.
