L&T’s Heavy Engineering business has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Holtec International’s Asia division to jointly deliver advanced design-and-build solutions for heat transfer equipment.
The strategic partnership combines L&T’s world-class nuclear manufacturing capabilities with Holtec’s proven design expertise to offer cutting-edge heat transfer solutions for nuclear and thermal power plants worldwide, particularly for conventional power island systems and balance-of-plant applications.
Together, L&T and Holtec aim to develop reliable, high-performance technologies that enhance thermal regulation, improve cycle efficiency and ensure resilient plant operation, supporting the global transition toward cleaner and more efficient energy systems.
