Hadron Energy, Inc. (Hadron) has strengthened its leadership team with the appointments of Olivia Hand as Head of Reactor Design and Tim Bussey as Vice President of Business Development.
Olivia Hand brings 18 years of experience in nuclear system and component design, thermal-hydraulic analysis, and reactor component qualification within the U.S. advanced reactor sector. She previously served as Lead Principal Engineer at TerraPower and held key engineering roles at NuScale Power. At Hadron, Olivia will oversee the design and analysis of all reactor systems and components for the company’s flagship Hadron Halo Micro-Modular Reactor (MMR).
Tim Bussey contributes over 20 years of expertise in nuclear operations, engineering management, and large-scale energy infrastructure. Before joining Hadron, he managed data center facilities at Meta in Papillion, Nebraska, and previously held multiple roles at Omaha Public Power District’s Fort Calhoun Nuclear Station, including Principal Reactor Engineer, Reactor Engineering Manager, and Unit Supervisor. As Vice President of Business Development, Tim will drive Hadron’s strategic partnerships, customer engagement, and market expansion efforts.
