deugro delivers components to CCU facility in Germany

deugro Hanau has successfully delivered four tanks and a heat exchanger to a cement plant in Triefenstein-Lengfurt am Main, Germany.

deugro was awarded the contract to deliver the components by its client Linde Engineering, who designed and built the CCU facility. With a capture capacity of 70,000 metric tons of CO2 per year, it is scheduled to go into operation in 2025.

deugro’s logistical scope encompassed the delivery of four 75-metric-ton storage tanks, with unit measurements of 30.45 × 4.80 × 4.80 meters, from Turkey via Belgium by truck, coaster vessel and barge, as well as a 180-metric-ton and 13.50 × 5.35 × 5.50-meter heat exchanger by truck and barge from Haren/Ems in Germany to the construction site in Lengfurt am Main, Germany.
