SACOME supplies reverse osmosis water heating systems

SACOME recently supply 3 reverse osmosis water heating systems for a plant in the United States. This client is one of the most prestigious companies in the food sector. Each of these systems consists of 2 sections: a first section in which heat is recovered from a hot process water and a second section of final steam heating. The main objective is to obtain a significant energy saving by greatly reducing the amount of steam required in the event that complete steam heating will be carried out without heat recovery.

Moreover, these equipment have the main design parameters of Sanitary Line: sanitary inner tubes (and in this case without welding), eccentric reductions, external polished finish, sanitary flanged connections, corrugated inner tubes, good distribution of the inner tubes for maximum drainage, etc.
