As an innovative player in China’s heat exchanger industry, Shenshi Technology is one of the first companies in China to start researching diffusion welding technology. Diffusion welding technology can realize the integrated molding of the heat exchanger core, making the structure more compact, and greatly avoiding the leakage problems that may exist in traditional welding. The heat exchanger manufactured using this technology has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, light weight, and high reliability, and can meet the requirements of harsh working conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. At the same time, due to the high heat transfer efficiency, more heat transfer tasks can be completed under the same heat transfer area, effectively reducing energy consumption.

Printed circuit heat exchanger (PCHE)
PCHE is a type of heat exchanger with high compactness. It can perform heat transfer under severe conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. Using chemical etching technology, it can etch PCHE heat exchange unit channels in the order of micrometers to millimeters.
With its technical know-how in the field of microchannel heat exchangers and customized services, Shenshi Technology has provided efficient and low-carbon thermal management solutions for well-known companies in multiple industries.

For example, in the field of offshore ships, Shenshi Technology has provided PCHE for multiple offshore platforms of CNOOC. In the application of the Dongfang 13-2 CEPB platform, Shenshi Technology’s PCHE has a heat exchange area of 168m2, weighs only 3665kg, and occupies an area of 2.8m2.
Compared with traditional shell and tube heat exchangers (heat exchange area of 190m2, weight of 9500kg, and floor space of 10m2), PCHE saves about 60% in materials and reduces floor space by about 70%. The new LNG high-pressure gasifier developed by Shenshi Technology has an innovative “middle layer” technology that can solve the problem of hot side freezing caused by ultra-low temperature stable operation. It has been successfully applied on LNG dual-fuel transport ships and operates stably.
