SuperX AI Technology Limited has signed a definitive agreement with the Hong Kong wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Chengtian Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates to jointly establish a joint venture, SuperX Cooltech Pte. Ltd., in Singapore.
Operating under the cooperative brand “SuperX Cooltech,” the joint venture will combine the strengths of both companies in AI system integration and thermal management components to provide liquid cooling products and infrastructure solutions to the global market, excluding mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and Macau SAR.
The collaboration aims to deliver significant competitive advantages for SuperX, including completing a full-stack liquid cooling solution, building system-level technical barriers, enhancing global delivery and mass production capabilities, and optimizing customer return on investment.
