This project is representing over 17,000 NEOTISS™ Helix tubes to be manufactured in the French plant over H1 2022.
The NEOTISS™ Helix Tube is designed to maximize the heat transfer performance of the steam surface condenser. This patented Neotiss’s Helix design, is a longitudinal cold deformation generating turbulences within the fluid to improve the heat transfer performance of a tube by more than 40%.
This technology is now installed within more than ten exchangers and believes that this should become one standard.
Neotiss is confident such a technical solution could be very beneficial for applications requesting compact equipment as for the SMR development for the nuclear market.
