Plate Heat Exchanger service for Temple Brewing Co. VIC

Two InKorr service technicians were dispatched to perform plate heat exchanger maintenance for Temple Brewing Co, a brewery in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

Plate heat exchangers are used in beer production to cool the wort. After years of service, scale can build up and decrease the efficiency of cooling process – even with CIP performed regularly.

To ensure a sustainable use of this brewery exchanger and preserve a high quality of beer, our technicians performed a full maintenance service on-site. The unit was disassembled, inspected, chemically and mechanically cleaned, reassembled with a brand-new gasket set, and tested. One month following the service, the heat exchanger’s performance have been confirmed without any issues by the customer. They even noted an increase in their process performance.
