Vitherm secures order for a palm oil processing plant

Vitherm secures an order for its satisfied customer for a palm oil processing in Malaysia. This unit is used to cool down olein.
Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is processed either by physical or chemical refining which subsequently produces RBDPO or NBDPO (refined/neutralized, bleached, deodorized palm oil). These are further subjected to fractionation to achieve liquid olein and solid stearin fraction. For edible oil processing, dry fractionation is a widely used methodology as it is most economical.
Vitherm welded heat exchanger will be used for this heat recovery process. It also allows easy accessibility, hence making it possible for 100% cleaning due to the pattern on Vitherm plates giving extensive and trouble-free operation.
Vitherm has advanced and expanded weldpack heat exchangers to be applicable for many industrial usage. Research and Development is the key to Vitherm’s constant innovation in its technologies, thus placing a strong foothold among global players in the heat exchanger market.
