Vitherm welded heat exchanger used for heat recovery

Vitherm recently got another replacement order from a satisfied customer in the offshore oil and gas industry. Most natural gas producers use Triethylene glycol (TEG) to remove water from the natural gas stream to avoid complications in the pipeline such as hydrates formation or corrosion due to carbon dioxide or hydrogen sulfide which are common compounds of natural gas.The rich TEG will be then be used in the heat recovery process to cool down the lean glycol in order to be pumped back into the absorber.Vitherm welded heat exchanger will be used for this heat recovery process.
